I had the most unfortunate dealings with Jan Lee. 1. The day Jan signed up my 2/2 condo at Deep Creek Gardens, she was on time and very keen to find me snow birds. 2. From then on, nothing went right. 3. I had to remind her that the tenant fee was due as per contract. 4. There were more tenants as per contract. 5. She did not do a post inspection, hence not picking up damages caused. 6. The condo was filthy and NOT cleaned as per their website. 7. I took pictures at arrival after traveling 18 hours having to clean first. She accused me of using "old pictures". My condo was recently remodeled, I felt insulted. 8. Jan is unable to systematically respond to emails. I would number the questions asking her to respond, to which she would address perhaps one issue only. 9. Jan mentioned (after upsetting me) that she had a family crisis that lef to the above. However, you cannot abandon ship the way she did. At one stage it took 10 days to get a response from her. 10. When I confronted her about the "cleaning company", she responded that they (all of a sudden) don't use them anymore. 11. As an owner, I can unfortunately not recommend this company. I fired them.
